I like to think of my clients and I as working as a team with the end result being a happy, satisfied customer. However, keep in mind that at Waxing the City we do have a set of “Minimal Waxing Standards” that all of our technicians are required to follow. We do this to ensure a consistent and high quality service. But, as long as your request is within our Minimal Waxing Standards we would like to try and accommodate the request. For example, our cerologists are trained to use hard wax on certain body parts that are more sensitive such as bikini area and eyebrows and soft wax on larger body areas such as arms and legs. A request that conflicts with this standard may compromise the best waxing results. Another example would be requests related to body positioning…we will avoid compromising positions such as asking a client to “get on all fours” during a Brazilian wax, etc.

As long as your hair removal request falls within our Minimal Waxing Standards we are happy to accommodate. We encourage our cerologists to ask clients to participate in the waxing experience (such as helping to hold skin tight) for best results. I hope this helps.
